1. Actively attend customer meetings and strictly adhere to the agreement decided
by both parties.

manuals and diagram. Invite customers to participate in the investigation of our
technical design as necessary.
3. Contact each customer actively from the contract in operation. Discuss any problems
with the customer and decide on a resolution together. If we cannot agree on a resolution,

4. Provide our customers with what they want to buy according to the contract. Provide
brochures of our products on request.
5. In Accordance with the "Three Warranties", repair or change components (even
motor for fee), which was damaged or didn't work because of poor manufacturing quality.
6. Contact customers as soon as possible to get feedback regarding negative quality.
Learn the details of the problem and reply to the customer within 24 hours. We will
not stop until the customer is satisfied.
7. During the agreement, provide customers with components and maintain service
at an excellent discounted price.
8. Conduct training in installation, adjustment, use and maintenance according to
the customer's request.
9. Guide the customer to install, adjust, move, and be responsible with the technical
and quantity problems with the related product.
10. Improve service before selling, during selling and after-sales. The service
will provide in the whole process when the product to make, to install, to adjust
and maintain.
11. In the domestic market, deal with the problem at the location or job site. Internationally,
we will process and provide consultation.
