Training Assessment System
1. The training credit system will be adopted in the training assessment and we will score for the trainees according to the courses attended and their performance in the training. Credits in every course can only be obtained after successful completion of a full-time attendance and appropriate assessment of the learning outcomes achieved within one year. Training performance for each employee is one of the KPI index in the annual performance appraisal.
2. Credit linked to training methods
1) Promotion, salary increment and annual bonuses qualifications is related to the total required training credit gained by each year. Only those who get enough credit can gain the opportunity to have annual bonuses and salary adjustment in the previous six months.
2) Probation period may be extended or cannot pass the probation if scoring below 20 in the orientation training.
3) HR will set up a database of training records for the reference to annual appraisal and salary adjustment.
